Formally a teacher of special education students, David Sponder is a Licensed Educational Psychologist who has been working with children and the disabled in  Southern California for more than 20 years. David is an expert in play, early intervention, and treatment for severe behavior problems. He has provided consultation to parents, schools, clinics, and public agencies, and he has trained teachers, parents, and psychologists through out  the Los Angeles area for over 14 years. Currently, David Sponder is the Executive Director of Sponderwrks Children's Services.

Consultants from Sponderwrks provide Floor Time and other forms of play and early intervention therapies, as well as assistance to parents, teachers, and other providers of care, regarding their child's development  and behavior. Consultants work under the clinical supervision of David Sponder, and provide a variety of on-site intervention and clinical consultation to families, schools, and agencies.
